About cardio pulmonary resucitation

                 Yesterday we had <CPR > class that I have learned lot news thing ,CPR is stand for cardio pulmonary resuscitation ,the signs of heart attack that we feel pain in our chest and two arm and back and neck and jaw,we should do  let a person sit on the chair or lie down and rest, after that  loosen the clothes and ask the person is OK for them to take aspirin, if they can not then do not let they take ,the three step of CPR is first we need to see the person has signs of life,open air way head tilt chin lilt method if no signs of life ,give two breath and give 30 compression keep do that until Ambulance arrives to take over ,we should remember to call  the people to call Emergency 911 before we start CPR.
